Now that it’s all done, here are all of the King Kong films arranged chronologically.
King Kong is undoubtedly one of the most recognisable and famous movie monsters ever made. King Kong is distinct in that he is an entirely cinematic invention, even if Dracula and Frankenstein preceded him to the big screen. His origins are cinematic; there is no previous source material. Because of his enormous size, he spawned a whole movie genre that would later inspire other monsters in films like Godzilla and Gamera.
In the history of entertainment, King Kong has become one of the most well-known characters and film franchises. The enormous gorilla made his feature debut in 1933 and has since starred in other productions, ranging from high-end reboots to low-budget cartoon cash-ins to Godzilla crossovers. The entire King Kong film series is available here. You might be shocked to learn how many films this well-known gorilla has appeared in.

Adam Wingard, the filmmaker, will once again bring another Godzilla crossover to the King Kong franchise. The two iconic monsters will reunite in the film Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, which will also explore their Earthly beginnings in addition to pitting them against one another. They had no idea that their fates have been linked to mankind for millennia, which would need an unusual alliance for the enormous kaiju. The cast includes returning actors Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, and Kaylee Hottle. On April 12, 2024, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire will open in theaters.
